Trivasta

To register as a travel agency on Trivasta, you must be a legally registered travel business with a valid GST number (where applicable) operating in India. By registering, you confirm that your agency holds all necessary licenses and permits required under applicable Indian law.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• One agency account per registered business entity
• Trivasta reserves the right to reject any application without giving reasons
• Misrepresentation of agency information will result in immediate account termination

Agency access is offered through annual subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). All plans are billed annually and include a 14-day free trial. No charges are applied during the trial period.

• Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled 30 days before renewal
• Annual fees are non-refundable after the 14-day trial period
• Plan downgrades take effect at the next renewal date
• Trivasta reserves the right to change pricing with 60 days' notice

In addition to the annual subscription, Trivasta charges a platform fee on each completed booking. This fee varies by plan: 10% for Starter, 8% for Professional, and 5% for Enterprise. The fee is automatically deducted before payment settlement.

• Fees are calculated on the total booking value including taxes
• Payment settlements occur within 3–5 business days of trip confirmation
• Disputed bookings are held until resolution

Agencies are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content they publish, including package descriptions, pricing, inclusions and images.

• All pricing must be in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Package images must be original or properly licensed — no copyright infringement
• Misleading or false package descriptions are grounds for immediate suspension
• Trivasta may remove any listing that violates these terms without notice

• Agencies must honour confirmed bookings — cancellations harm traveler trust and your rating
• Response to trip requests should be made within 48 hours
• Agencies must maintain a minimum rating of 3.5★ to remain listed
• Any attempt to contact travelers outside the Trivasta platform is prohibited
• Offering kickbacks, fake reviews or manipulating ratings will result in permanent ban

Trivasta acts solely as a marketplace connecting travelers with agencies. We are not responsible for the quality, safety or delivery of travel services. All disputes must be resolved between the parties, with Trivasta acting as a neutral mediator where necessary.

Trivasta reserves the right to suspend or terminate agency accounts for violations of these terms, repeated traveler complaints, fraudulent activity or breach of applicable law. Terminated agencies forfeit their annual subscription fee and any pending settlements may be withheld pending investigation.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
